Valcourt Group, the exterior building services provider, has expanded its Roofing division into the Washington, DC metro area, extending its commercial roofing services beyond its initial Florida markets.

The company says the expansion will bring commercial roofing maintenance, repair, restoration, and reroofing services to customers throughout the Washington, DC area, further advancing the Group’s vision of helping customers care for the building envelope through a single, trusted partner.

Roofing services will be offered through Valcourt Building Services, with Mark Mai serving as the local Roofing Market Leader.

The Washington, DC region is the Valcourt Group’s largest local market, serving over 2,500 building sites annually. It was the first market for Valcourt Building Services and remains its flagship operation, with longstanding customer relationships and teams providing waterproofing, restoration, window cleaning, maintenance, and other exterior building services.

“Our growth strategy is centered on expanding the ways we can support customers across the building envelope,” says Eric Crabb, Chief Executive Officer of the Valcourt Group. “Washington, DC is a natural next step for roofing because of our longstanding presence and customer relationships in the market, allowing us to bring another critical service to customers who already know and trust our teams.”

Washington, DC Expansion

The Group says its initial focus in Washington, DC is building a strong service, repair, and preventative maintenance capability through ProXpress, the company’s dedicated maintenance and express repair team.

“The collaboration across our teams in DC gives us a unique opportunity to build on those synergies as we grow roofing in the market,” says Brynne Smith, President of Roofing for the Valcourt Group. “We’re leading with service and preventative maintenance, giving customers the support they need to address repairs, understand the condition of their roofs, and extend the life of their roofing assets.”
