Following seven years of leadership, Matt Parish is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Knauf Insulation North America (Knauf).

Under Matt’s guidance, Knauf nearly doubled in size and achieved record results.

Knauf’s Board of Directors stated, “We are immensely grateful for Matt’s leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact he has made on the company. We wish him every success in the next chapter of his career.”

CEO Transition

To ensure a seamless transition, the Board has appointed Bill Matthias as interim CEO. Bill has served as KINA’s Chief Financial Officer for the past five years and brings ‘extensive institutional knowledge’ to the role. The Board says it will begin the process to identify a permanent successor following Matt Parrish’s departure at the end of June.

Knauf North America manufactures thermal and acoustical fiberglass insulation for residential, commercial, industrial, and metal building applications. The company currently employs over 1,900 people in multiple facilities across the United States.
