Valcourt Group Expands Texas Footprint with Latest Acquisition

Exterior building services company The Valcourt Group has expanded its Texas footprint with the acquisition of Omega Waterproofing LLC.

Based in New Braunfels, Texas, Omega Waterproofing focuses on commercial waterproofing and structural restoration solutions. The contractor serves K‑12 schools, higher education, healthcare, and commercial clients primarily throughout the San Antonio–Austin corridor and south to Corpus Christi.

The partnership aims to enhance The Valcourt Group’s capabilities in building repair and restoration, while expanding its waterproofing footprint in one of Texas’ most active regions.
