St Ives Town Council Request Roof Work Quotation

ST IVES TOWN COUNCIL is seeking suitably skilled contractors to tender for high level repair and maintenance roof work on the listed St Ives Library building.

The project is scheduled to start in October 2022 and planning permissions have been secured.

The work is to both a pitched and flat roof with some stone masonry repairs and site visits can be arranged.

The slate pitched roof is to be replaced, with recovery and re-use of slates where possible. The flat roof has existing plant located on it which needs to be removed before re-roofing the area.

The library will remain open to the public during the re-roofing.
