Specialist Flat Roofing Contractor Posts Best Finances in Six Years

NORTH WALES BASED AAC Waterproofing Ltd has defied the downturn to post a strong financial year.

The flat roofing specialist’s strongest performance since 2014 follows a tough couple of years which has been turned around by a companywide restructuring process and diversification of services.

AAC Waterproofing has added a Single Ply PVC Protan membrane to its EPDM Prelasti membrane offer and plans to add Alwitra and Soprema single-ply membrane options too.

The restructuring process saw management changes with new Managing Director Andy Porter who has focused on finding ways to reduce costs and maximise profit. New Marketing Manager Michael Gwynne has been charged with bringing the company up to date and co-owner Laura Hibbert, has re-joined the day to day running of the business as Financial Director.
