New Birmingham Office for Building Envelope Contractor

BUILDING envelope contractor Prater has invested in a new, larger office in Quinton, Birmingham to strengthen its presence in the region and provide improved support to major projects across the Midlands.

Five miles from Birmingham city centre, Prater’s design and estimating teams will move to the newly purchased, self-contained facility, providing space for the team to grow and fulfil the needs of new and existing clients, as the contractor looks to expand its operations locally.

While still centrally managed from its headquarters in Surrey, the opening of the new office represents the latest step in Prater’s ongoing strategy to develop the strength and capabilities of its regional offices. It follows the creation of a new permanent office in Manchester and upgrades to its off-site manufacturing facilities in 2018.
