We’re recruiting on behalf of an established roofing contractor based in Milton Keynes. The majority of their work is social housing refurbishment, with commercial projects alongside. They’re looking for an Estimator who wants to be involved beyond the desk, with site visits and client interaction part of the role

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years estimating roofing refurbishment projects
• Knowledge of flat and/or pitched roofing systems
• Comfortable with site surveys and client communication
• Open to working with modern estimating tools and technology
• Social housing framework experience is a bonus but not essential.
