Established flat roofing contractor with strong presence across London and the South East. This reputable company specialises in commercial flat roofing solutions, working extensively with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors on diverse projects throughout the capital and surrounding areas (80% London-based, 20% regional travel).

Job Info

Manage 5-10 concurrent flat roofing projects from inception to completion, predominantly across London with occasional regional travel. Oversee project delivery working alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are met. Utilise document control systems to manage project documentation, coordinate site teams, liaise with clients and main contractors, and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven contracts management experience in flat roofing with strong track record working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors
• Proficiency in document control systems and project management processes for commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organisational and communication skills
