Job Info

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for flat roofing projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Produce detailed cost packs including comparisons and bills of quantities, issue variation orders, and maintain accurate records. Work closely with operations team and build strong client relationships to secure repeat business whilst ensuring estimates meet specifications and legislative requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years proven experience in flat roof estimating
• Sound understanding of design, construction, and logistical considerations for both new build and refurbishment flat roofing projects
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with professional, approachable attitude and ability to work effectively in an office-based team environment
