Contracts Manager – Commercial Roofing & Cladding

The Externals Group is working with an established roofing and building contractor operating across the UK. The business has been trading for over 20 years, delivering commercial roofing, cladding, and specialist envelope solutions across both public and private sectors.

They are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion.

Role

• Manage multiple roofing / cladding projects
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
• Maintain client relationships and reporting
• Manage health & safety and site compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial roofing or building envelope projects
• Strong organisational and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple live sites
