Contracts Manager – Commercial Flat Roofing

Client

Growing specialist flat roofing contractor working across London on new build and refurbishment schemes. Delivers roofing and waterproofing packages for main contractors and developers on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with a strong pipeline of work and scope to grow with the business.

Job Info

Run day to day site operations across flat roofing packages typically valued between £200k and £2m, managing labour and subcontractors to keep works on programme and to specification. Own the programme and weekly look ahead, issue the weekly Friday Pack, lead progress meetings, and keep the client, design, and commercial teams aligned. Manage QA inspections, coordinate materials and design changes, and record all variations and additional works for the commercial team to price.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contracts, Projects, or Site Manager with a flat roofing or waterproofing contractor
• Strong working knowledge of flat roofing systems including single ply, hot melt, built up felt, and liquid applied
• Proven track record managing roofing subcontractors and site teams to programme, drawings, and QA standards
