Job Info

Lead the contracting lifecycle across multiple roofing projects, from strategy through to completion. Oversee Contracts Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery, manage project risk, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors. Monitor contract performance and financials, and drive continuous improvement across the contracts function.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the commercial roofing or construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and subcontractors
• Solid understanding of contract risk, financial management, and legal compliance
