Industrial and Commercial Roofing Firm Secures Staffordshire Warehouse

AN INDUSTRIAL and commercial specialist roof refurbishment firm, Profile Industrial Roofing, has completed the acquisition of a Staffordshire warehouse unit.

The roofing company has purchased the freehold of 9-10 Titan Way, at Britannia Enterprise Park, Lichfield, with full vacant possession for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 1996, Profile Industrial Roofing is owned by the Tilley family. It specialises in warehouse roofing, overcladding, and sheeting.

Surveyors and property consultants, Burley Browne’s Director, Ben Nicholson, acted on behalf of a private individual in the sale of the property.

Ben said: “Competing bids requiring a best and final bid process pushed the price of this unit above the level at which it was originally marketed.

“Profile Industrial Roofing Services UK was very keen to secure the unit to support its operations at its existing headquarters on the same industrial estate.”

The 3,859 sq ft warehouse and office accommodation is within walking distance of Lichfield Trent Valley Railway Station and driving distance of the A38 and M6 Toll Road.
