Read the latest magazine Flat Roofing People Single Ply Anthony Hogan Joins SPRA as New Technical Expert 20 April 2021 ANTHONY HOGAN is joining the Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA) as its new Technical Expert with responsibility for all technical matters, from 4 May 2021. Anthony graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Architecture before working for Protan (UK) Limited, becoming a champion for single-ply membranes. More recently Anthony has been working on the contracting side of the flat roofing industry as a surveyor and estimator for a national, industrial roofing and cladding contractor. Here, he became familiar with a number of other manufacturers’ roofing systems. SPRA Technical On joining the trade association Anthony comments “I am delighted to be joining SPRA as it is such a highly respected organization, and I look forward to working with Ronan and the rest of the SPRA team as well as Martyn Holloway (SPRA Council Chair), Nigel Blacklock (Technical Committee Chair) and all members and industry bodies in my new role.” Dr Ronan Brunton, CEO of SPRA, adds “We are delighted to welcome Anthony to the SPRA Team to enhance the technical support to our members. He brings the necessary balance of industry experience from a product manufacturer technical role as well as roofing contractor expertise. We wish Anthony every success in his new role”.
