Commercial roofing platform, The HCR Group has acquired Warren RoofCare Services to strengthen its preventative maintenance and roof asset management capabilities.

Headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, Warren RoofCare manages preventative maintenance programs covering more than 8 million square feet of commercial roofing assets annually across Sonoma County and the greater Bay Area.
