Your Role

• Own full delivery of multifamily exterior restoration projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Lead Superintendents and coordinate field teams
• Handle change orders, billing, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec

This is an established $60M commercial contractor delivering large-scale multifamily exterior renovation projects across California, now backed by a national private equity platform that brings structure, investment, and a clear plan for growth.

They have built a strong reputation in the market over time, which is where most of the work comes from, repeat clients, referrals, and inbound leads. Teams stay busy without relying on chasing bids.

Work is 100% restoration, with projects ranging from $50K to $10M, focused on building envelope and structural rehab for condo and HOA communities, often in occupied environments where projects need to be planned properly and run with control.

Requirements

• 5+ years Project Management experience in construction
• Experience delivering projects $250k – $5m+
• Experience in multifamily, envelope, or exterior construction preferred
