Your Role

• Oversee multiple projects and field teams across the division
• Lead and support Superintendents to ensure performance
• Allocate manpower and resources across jobs
• Maintain standards across safety, quality, and production
• Work with leadership to improve delivery and operations

Work is 100% restoration, with projects ranging from $50K to $10M, focused on building envelope and structural rehab for condo and HOA communities, often in occupied environments where projects need to be planned properly and run with control.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years field leadership experience in construction
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams
• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, and production
• Proven ability to lead and develop Superintendents
• Experience in multifamily or exterior construction preferred
