This role sits at the front end of multifamily restoration projects coming in through reputation, repeat clients, and inbound leads. You are pricing real opportunities, not chasing bids.

Work spans multiple live projects at once, building scopes and pricing jobs that are set up to run properly from day one, with a direct impact on revenue and project performance.

There is real autonomy to make decisions, build scopes properly, and price work in a way that supports successful delivery on site.

Your Role

• Review plans and specs to build accurate project scopes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid submissions and handover to operations

Key Requirements

• 5+ years estimating experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of labour, material, and subcontractor pricing
• Experience in multifamily, envelope, or exterior construction preferred
