A well-established commercial roofing contractor based in Portland, Oregon is entering an exciting new phase of growth and modernization. The company generates approximately $12m in annual revenue and is known for delivering high-quality commercial re-roofing projects across the local market, particularly within the education and public-sector space.

With new private ownership in place, the business is actively investing in modern systems, improved processes, CRM tools, and digital timekeeping, while maintaining the deep technical expertise of a high-tenure workforce.

Several long-standing team members are approaching retirement, creating a strong opportunity for experienced professionals to step in and be the next generation of leadership.

What You Will be Doing

• Prepare accurate estimates for $1m–$3m commercial roofing projects
• Focus primarily on commercial re-roofing (95% of work)
• Review plans, specs, and scopes to develop complete bids
• Work closely with project managers and operations teams
• Mentor and support junior estimators
• Help improve estimating processes as systems are upgrade

What You’ll Need 

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
• Ability to manage bids independently from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Comfortable working in a company transitioning from traditional methods to modern tools
• Professional, reliable, and performance-driven
