The Access Group Acquires EasyBuild

THE ACCESS GROUP has acquired EasyBuild, a Borehamwood-based business offering ERP software to construction firms. Following the acquisition of ConQuest in 2018, the addition of EasyBuild increases Access’ industry software solutions offering.

EasyBuild was founded in 1999 with the aim of providing ERP software to meet the needs of Main Contractors, Civils, Demolition and Concrete Frame, Interior Fit Out, Roofing and Cladding, Joinery, Rail, Highways and Utilities to manage projects.

EasyBuild’s CEO, Carol Massay, will stay on after the acquisition. She has 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting with a large house builder, then joining an Irish civil engineering and building contractor. Carol then moved into construction technology where she has helped drive the message to embrace technology to promote efficiency in the sector.

EasyBuild has grown in the past five years since Carol joined as CEO, winning awards for its software every year for the last four years.

EasyBuild Acquisition

“Since the acquisition of ConQuest in 2018, we’ve been looking for other complementary solutions to expand our offering, primarily in the UK, but with an eye towards Europe. With their range of ERP solutions, specifically designed for the complex project management needs of this sector, EasyBuild was an obvious choice.”
