Roofbase Hits 10-Branch Milestone with Sheffield Expansion

Roofbase, the independent specialist roofing merchant, has announced plans to open a new branch in Sheffield in January 2027, marking a 10-branch milestone for the business.

The new Sheffield location represents a further step in Roofbase’s continued growth, bringing its specialist roofing materials, competitive trade pricing and knowledgeable customer service to roofers, builders and contractors across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

New Sheffield Branch

Established in 2017, Roofbase has built its reputation on supplying quality roofing materials from the industry’s most trusted brands. Its teams bring experience from both the contractor and merchant sides of the industry, offering customers practical advice and a clear understanding of the needs of the trade.

The Sheffield branch will support local roofers, builders and contractors with a range of products for pitched and flat roofing projects, all close to home. Roofbase says it plans to recruit people from the local area, building a team that understands the needs of Sheffield’s roofing trade specifically as well as delivering the personal service of an independent merchant.

Leading the roofing merchant’s expansion into the North is Tom Sadler, Commercial Manager North, who brings over 20 years of experience in the roofing and builders’ merchant industry.

Tom will oversee the Sheffield branch and lead the development of Roofbase’s northern network, with further branch openings planned for 2027.

The new branch is scheduled to open on 5 January 2027, with further details about the local team, facilities and opening activities to be announced over the coming months.

The Sheffield branch will be located at 22 Atlas Way, Sheffield S4 7QQ.
