Freefoam Buys Marley Autec

Freefoam Building Products has acquired Marley Alutec from the Aliaxis Group, strengthening its position in the building products sector and expanding its portfolio into specialist aluminium rainwater systems.

Following the acquisition, Marley Alutec will trade as Alutec Rainwater Systems. Freefoam intends to support Alutec’s continued development through investment in people, systems, product development and market expansion.

Freefoam says continuity will be maintained for Alutec customers and the existing Alutec team will remain in place, continuing to provide technical support, project expertise and customer service.
