Marley Alutec Bolsters Workforce in Company-Wide Expansion

MARLEY Alutec has announced the recruitment of new staff members across several of its departments, helping to strengthen its current position as the UK’s leading aluminium guttering, rainwater drainage and eaves solutions provider.

Joining the company as its new Area Sales Manager for the Midlands, Yorkshire, North West and North East, is Kevan Flanagan. He has a wealth of experience in the specification, contractor and merchant sectors. He has previously worked for Marshalls and Lafarge Cement.

Khaled Phillips has also joined as a Business Development Executive. Khaled has 10 years of experience in account management and business development. This includes recent roles within the construction industry.

Sales Support
In addition to this, Marley Alutec has welcomed three new Sales Support Executives: Elaine Lawson, Kelly Burdekin and Veronica Sommariva. Their recruitment has enabled the implementation of a new enhanced internal sales structure. With a dedicated Sales Support Executive assigned to each Area Sales Manager to support all customer projects for the region. These appointments will further improve the existing collaborative relationship between Marley Alutec and architects, merchants and contractors.

Finally, Marley Alutec has increased the permanent members of staff working in its warehouse and workshop areas. So far, the company has recruited three new warehouse employees and two additional employees in the workshop.
