Flag Paints is a family-owned company behind the HB42 brand of adhesives, fillers, sealants and coatings. Established in 1939, it manufactures paints, coatings, and surface finishes for various industries, including industrial sectors. This strategic acquisition will enable Hilton Banks to leverage Flag Paints’ extensive research and development and manufacturing capabilities.
