Edilians Acquires Clay Roof Tile Manufacturer

Edilians Group, formerly known as Imerys Toiture, has acquired Italian clay roof tile manufacturer Industrie Cotto Possagno to strengthen its presence in Southern Europe.

Industrie Cotto Possagno will continue to operate through all of its brands and says it will carry on its mission to deliver high-quality products and services to all its customers.

An integration day will bring together the teams of Edilians Group and those of its new Italian subsidiary, aiming to lay the foundations for long-term, sustainable collaboration.

New Chapter

The initial discussions with the Edilians Group have been very positive and point to significant synergies,” added Alessandro Vardanega, Finance and Administrative Director of Industrie Cotto Possagno.

Based in France, Edilians’ product portfolio includes clay roofing, energy renovation, and photovoltaic solar energy. The manufacturer has 1850 employees, distributes to over 100 countries, and generated €500m in sales in 2025.
