Read the latest magazine Industry News Pitched Roofing Roof Tiles Edilians Acquires Clay Roof Tile Manufacturer 9 April 2026 Edilians Group, formerly known as Imerys Toiture, has acquired Italian clay roof tile manufacturer Industrie Cotto Possagno to strengthen its presence in Southern Europe. Industrie Cotto Possagno will continue to operate through all of its brands and says it will carry on its mission to deliver high-quality products and services to all its customers. Edilians Acquisition An integration day will bring together the teams of Edilians Group and those of its new Italian subsidiary, aiming to lay the foundations for long-term, sustainable collaboration. “We are very pleased to welcome Industrie Cotto Possagno to Edilians Group. The company’s strong local roots and the expertise of the Italian team will be fully valued and leveraged. “Our integration plan will focus in particular on health and safety and decarbonisation, two key pillars of Edilians Group’s culture,” said Pascal Casanova, President of Edilians Group. New Chapter “Joining Edilians Group opens a new chapter for Industrie Cotto Possagno. We share the same industrial culture, built on quality, respect for local know-how and a strong commitment to sustainability. “This integration will enable us to strengthen our development while preserving the identity of our brands and the expertise of our teams. The initial discussions with the Edilians Group have been very positive and point to significant synergies,” added Alessandro Vardanega, Finance and Administrative Director of Industrie Cotto Possagno. Based in France, Edilians’ product portfolio includes clay roofing, energy renovation, and photovoltaic solar energy.
