Eco-Construction Company Expands to the North

SPECIALIST eco-construction company, Eco Green Group (formerly Eco Green Roofs) has opened a new base in Sheffield.

The Essex-based company has expanded in the South Yorkshire region after a successful string of client projects and team growth.

The new Sheffield base is central to some of the Group’s planned projects across Doncaster, Manchester and Birmingham and will allow the group to better serve its northern clients and take on an increasing number of sustainable construction projects in the surrounding areas.

Northern Expansion

Eco Green Group Founder, Keith Hills, said: “We’re excited to bring Eco Green Group to the northern regions of the UK after a number of years of growth and expansion.

“Having a base north of our original Essex-based office will allow us to connect with more businesses and bring eco-construction to new communities.

“The entire team is incredibly proud to be expanding our services up north and creating opportunities which will attract talented, local northern labour.

“It was really important to us to choose a building with great architecture and history already in place, rather than knocking it down and starting from scratch. It’s also a simple way to help cut carbon emissions.

“We look forward to building strong relationships and making a positive impact in the region.”

Eco Green Group was established in 2011 by founder Keith Hills, with a mission to integrate green living technologies into modern infrastructure.

The nationwide contractors design, supply, install and maintain green technologies. Previous examples of their work include Battersea Power Station, Eton College, Cambridge University, Aston Martin at Silverstone and Leicester City’s training ground.

Eco Green Group’s new office is located at Aizlewoods Mill, Nursery Street, Sheffield, S3 8GG.
