Read the latest magazine Industry News Alumasc Group Posts 12% Growth in Trading Update 17 July 2025 ALUMASC GROUP has posted 12% growth in revenue in a trading update for its financial year ended 30 June 2025. The sustainable water, drainage, building envelope, and housebuilding products company, says the growth is organic and significantly ahead of UK construction markets Revenue is expected to finalise at £113m in September’s final results for FY25, compared to £101m in FY24. Despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty in the majority of its commercial markets, Alumasc reports that all three divisions delivered growth in both revenue and profit. Alumasc Growth Alumasc says the Building Envelope and Housebuilding Products divisions continued their strong momentum. The Building Envelope division includes Alumasc Roofing, Roofpro and Blackdown. The Housebuilding Products division operates under the Timloc brand. UK revenues within the Water Management division were impacted by project delays, offset by export sales growth. Exports were boosted by faster-than-expected call-offs from its project at Chek Lap Kok airport in Hong Kong. Underlying profit before tax for the group is expected to be approximately £14.2m – around 9% above the prior year. Paul Hooper, Chief Executive of Alumasc, said: “I am pleased to report another year of revenue and profit growth and a performance in line with market expectations. “This strong performance was achieved against a backdrop of challenging market conditions, with macroeconomic uncertainty affecting business and consumer confidence. “We have established plans to mitigate any continued short term challenges, by continuing to focus on winning market share and entering adjacent markets, and by providing excellent customer service and new products.
