Read the latest magazine Industry News People Alumasc Group Appoints a New CEO 15 January 2026 The appointment of Pamela Bingham as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) has been announced by Alumasc Group plc. Pamela has over 20 years’ experience at international manufacturing businesses, most recently as CEO of Eriks UK & Ireland, a €370m revenue industrial services business. There she was responsible for leading Eriks’ commercial and operational growth strategy from 2023 until its successful sale by Lone Star Funds in 2025. Before Eriks, Pamela was CEO of Glen Dimplex Heating and Ventilation, the largest division of the Glen Dimplex Group, with revenues of €500m. Other previous roles include at CRH plc, The Weir Group PLC and Rotork plc. New CEO Pamela, 56, holds a law degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Pamela will join Alumasc’s Board on 2 March 2026 as CEO Designate and will take over as CEO on the retirement of the current Group Chief Executive, Paul Hooper, on 31 March 2026. The Board thanks Paul for his 25 years’ service and commitment to Alumasc, and his leadership over a period of transformation and growth for the Group. She brings extensive commercial experience as well as a record of value creation through organic and inorganic growth, employee engagement, digital transformation and customer loyalty, all of which will be helpful in leading Alumasc during its next stage of growth. “After 25 years with the business, we will be sad to see Paul Hooper leave us and we are grateful for the significant contribution he made over that time.
