Tender Opportunity for £4m Building, Maintenance and Repair Services

PUBLICISING a tender opportunity, Acivico Limited is inviting contractors to apply to join its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Building, Maintenance and Repair Services in the West Midlands.

All suppliers and contractors who are registered on stage 1 of the DPS procurement process will be invited to bid for work through Further Competitions (stage 2 of the procurement process).

It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through Acivico’s DPS will be in the region of £4 million each year for a period of 10 years.

Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited is a Birmingham-based multi-disciplinary, main contractor offering both public and private sector clients design, construction, facilities management and building control.

Tender Opportunity

The tender invitation is offered in lots which include general building, maintenance and repair work, and specialist roofing work. Roof repair and maintenance work, as well as new installations, are offered in the lots across the West Midlands region.

They include installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of: all pitched roof (tiled, slate, and copper and lead sheet roofing), flat roof coverings (single ply systems, lightweight roofing systems, liquid systems and industrial roof coverings).

Other procurement tenders are for scaffolding, drainage, fencing, landscaping, parks and playgrounds, and decontamination and asbestos removal.
