VJ Technology Announces Acquisition

VJ TECHNOLOGY (VJT), a supplier of technical fasteners, tools and fixings to the UK construction and civil engineering sectors, has finalised its acquisition of Mainline Products Ltd, suppliers of coloured fasteners, profiles and accessories to the rainscreen façade industry.

Following the acquisition, there will be no change of company name, which will remain as Mainline Products Ltd and be referred to as ‘part of the VJ Technology Group’. There will also be no structural changes to the Mainline Products Ltd managerial team.
