Velux Launches Partner Programme to Support and Reward Installers

VELUX has launched its new Partner Programme, a tiered initiative designed to recognise, reward and support professional installers working with VELUX roof windows.

The manufacturer says the programme is built around strengthening relationships with installers and supporting them in delivering the highest quality outcomes for homeowners. It is not a test or accreditation, but “a recognition of installer loyalty, commitment and excellence”.

The scheme’s tiered structure means the more active installers are within the programme, the more benefits and rewards they will unlock. This approach is designed to create stronger partnerships, enhance support, and better customer experiences, the company explains.

“The VELUX Partner Programme is about recognising the professionalism, skills and commitment of our installer partners,” said Greig Allan, Installer Partner Manager at VELUX. “By rewarding engagement and loyalty, we’re strengthening relationships and supporting installers to deliver the best possible service to homeowners.”
