Tecta America Acquires Indiana Roofing Company<\/h1>\n 29 September 2026<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

Tecta America has announced the acquisition of Babilla Roofing, a commercial roofing company headquartered in Gary, Indiana.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The transaction represents Tecta America<\/a>\u2019s third acquisition of 2026 and reflects the company\u2019s continued expansion across the U.S.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1985, Babilla Roofing<\/a>\u2019s services span re-roofing, new construction, and ongoing service and maintenance.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to welcome Babilla Roofing to the Tecta family,\u201d said Kevin Palmer, President and CEO of Tecta America.<\/strong> \u201cFor four decades, Chuck Babilla and his team have built a company grounded in safety, strong people, and uncompromising quality. Those are the same values that guide everything we do at Tecta. We\u2019re proud to stand behind the Babilla name, and even more excited for what this team will build next.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chuck Babilla will continue to lead the company as president, alongside the existing Babilla Roofing leadership team. The business will operate as Babilla Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC.<\/p>\n

Latest Acquisition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As with every Tecta acquisition, all employees will remain in place, ensuring continuity for customers and preserving the company\u2019s culture and identity.<\/p>\n
