Roofing Alliance Opens Nominations for 2026-27 MVP Awards Program<\/h1>\n 17 June 2026<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

The Roofing Alliance is now accepting nominations for its 2026-27 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards Program, which recognizes exceptional roofing workers whose leadership, dedication, craftsmanship, and service make a lasting impact on their companies, co-workers, and communities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MVP Awards celebrate individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles and serve as role models both on and off the jobsite. The program honors roofing professionals who demonstrate excellence in their work, commitment to safety, strong character, and a willingness to support others.<\/p>\n

Nominations close on September 14, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 fill out a nomination form here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2026-27 MVP Awards Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The award categories include:<\/p>\n

Outstanding Performance and Leadership<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This category recognizes employees who demonstrate exceptional job performance, leadership, initiative, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety. Honorees are individuals who consistently exceed expectations, support their co-workers, and make significant contributions to their organizations through their work ethic and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Outstanding Community Involvement<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This category honors employees who make a meaningful difference beyond the workplace. These individuals demonstrate compassion, service, and leadership through volunteerism, community engagement, personal perseverance, and a commitment to helping others. Their actions reflect the values of generosity, dedication, and selfless service.<\/p>\n

Best of the Best<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In addition to category winners, one recipient will be selected to receive the Best of the Best Award, presented to an individual who exemplifies excellence in both professional achievement and community involvement.<\/p>\n

Nominations Open <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Roofing contractors, manufacturers, and distributors are encouraged to nominate employees who embody the highest standards of the roofing industry.<\/p>\n

Eligible nominees include field roofing workers, foremen, superintendents, warehouse employees, warehouse foremen, drivers, and equipment operators employed by Roofing Alliance<\/a> or NRCA<\/a> member companies.<\/p>\n

MVP winners and their nominators will be notified in early November and recognized during NRCA’s 140th Annual Convention on February 16-18, 2027 in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n
