Valcourt Group Expands Texas Footprint with Latest Acquisition<\/h1>\n 15 April 2026<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

Exterior building services company The Valcourt Group has expanded its Texas footprint with the acquisition of Omega Waterproofing LLC.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based in New Braunfels, Texas, Omega Waterproofing<\/a> focuses on commercial waterproofing and structural restoration solutions. The contractor serves K\u201112 schools, higher education, healthcare, and commercial clients primarily throughout the San Antonio\u2013Austin corridor and south to Corpus Christi.<\/p>\n

The partnership aims to\u00a0enhance The Valcourt Group<\/a>\u2019s capabilities in\u00a0building\u00a0repair and restoration, while expanding its waterproofing footprint in one of Texas\u2019 most active\u00a0regions.<\/p>\n

Texas Footprint<\/strong><\/h3>\n
