Roofing Contractor Expands into Northern California with New Sunnyvale Office<\/h1>\n 12 March 2026<\/span>\n <\/div>\n

Following its\u00a0rebrand in January,\u00a0Burbank-based roofing contractor Specialist Roofing and Repair\u00a0is expanding into Northern California with a new office in\u00a0Sunnyvale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company says this additional location represents the next phase of its long-term vision and will enable it to provide full-service roofing to homeowners and property managers in Santa Clara County and the Bay Area, from San Francisco to San Jose.<\/p>\n

Northern California Expansion<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Founded in 2011 as Roof Repair Specialist, the family-owned company has since evolved into a\u00a0multi-service roofing contractor\u00a0offering roof repairs, full roof installations, gutter replacement, and deck waterproofing services.<\/p>\n

“Homeowners throughout the Bay Area need a roofing contractor they can trust, and our research showed the need for more reliable roofers in San Jose,” said Andre Afsharian, owner of Specialist Roofing.<\/strong> “With our new Sunnyvale office, we will be able to provide a greater level of service desired by homeowners in Cupertino and San Jose.”<\/p>\n

The Sunnyvale office will allow for faster response times, localized crews, and hands-on project oversight, while maintaining the same standards, processes, and leadership that have defined\u00a0Specialist Roofing and Repair<\/a>‘s\u00a0success in Southern California, the company adds.<\/p>\n

Specialist Roofing\u2019s coverage across California now includes Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Francisco County and Santa Clara County.<\/p>\n
