Nominations Open for 2026 North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year 

Nominations are now open for the North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year 2026 campaign.

Now in its sixth year, the campaign was launched by building products distributor QXO.

The program is open to female roofing professionals in operations, accounting, sales, ownership, estimating or other roles throughout the U.S. and Canada who are driving the industry forward with their talent and leadership.

Nominations Open

Nominations will be accepted from now until April 6 2026. The winner will receive a grand prize totaling $10,000 and tickets, airfare and accommodations to the 2027 National Women in Roofing (NWIR) Days event and the 2027 International Roofing Expo. Four finalists will also receive $1,000.

A panel of judges, including QXO executives, prior winners and female industry leaders will review submissions and select five finalists. The public will then have the opportunity to vote for their favorite female roofing professional from May 12 through to May 22 2026.

The grand-prize winner and runners-up will be announced June 3 2026, with all finalists receiving funding for professional growth.

North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year

Last year’s winner, Rachel Narveson of Proficient Construction, was recognized for her “professional success and unwavering commitment to championing positive social change and inspiring others”.

Rachel commented: “This award reflects the dedication of all the women throughout the industry who mentor, support and lift each other up. I hope my journey inspires others to embrace leadership, challenge barriers, and pursue excellence in every project they take on.”
