What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll own the estimating process for commercial roofing projects ranging from $50K to $10M+, handling detailed takeoffs, accurate pricing, and bid strategy for both new construction and re-roof work.

You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to price jobs that can be executed profitably, no sales duties, no chasing work, and no unrealistic bids. This is a pure estimating seat where your experience, judgment, and attention to detail directly drive project wins and long-term profitability.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 8 years of estimating experience within commercial roofing
• Experience with both new construction and re-roof projects
• Proven ability pricing complex, large scale commercial work
