Your Role

• Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger for a $30M commercial contractor
• Lead month end, quarter end, and annual close processes
• Drive ERP implementation and ongoing optimisation
• Improve internal controls, workflows, and financial reporting discipline
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting initiatives

This Minnesota based commercial roofing contractor was founded in 2005 and generates approximately $30M annually. The company is now part of a $100M private equity backed roofing platform that has completed six acquisitions in under 12 months.

The business operates exclusively in the commercial roofing market, focusing on re roof, maintenance, service, and building envelope solutions. It serves building owners, property managers, and general contractors across the state.

While supported by institutional capital and corporate accounting oversight, the business retains local operational leadership and identity. Infrastructure investment, ERP rollout, and structured scaling are already underway.

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years accounting experience
• Construction accounting exposure
• AP, AR and accrual-based accounting experience
• ERP implementation experience required
• Experience managing month end and financial close independently
• Comfortable operating inside a growth environment with increasing structure
