Tender Invitation for £.5m Roof Replacements Issued by CITB

THE Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has issued a tender invitation for the re-roofing of seven of its buildings at its Bircham Newton site in Norfolk. One of the buildings has three separate roofs.

The £500,000.00 tender is for flat roof felt replace placements or overlays to include parapets, RWGs and the replacement of guard rails according to the specification.

CITB is looking for a fully insulated solution with up to a 30-year guarantee with a system that can help the building to be net zero.

CITB says a site visit will be essential prior to the submission of any tenders and plans to have two open days on the 14th and 15th June 2022 for suppliers to view the site.
