SPRA Launches Mental Health First Aider Course

THE SPRA, in association with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, is providing new Mental Health First Aider courses.

The courses will take place on Monday 13th, Thursday 16th, Monday 20th and Thursday 23rd March 2023 from 9:30am to 1:00pm. All sessions are online.

Mental Health First Aider Course

The revised and updated course is run by Reverend Kevin Fear. This course teaches the practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues. It will give you confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress. This training involves individual learning activities and a series of live online sessions which will all be accessed through Mental Health First Aid England’s Online Learning Hub.
