SIG Roofing Opens New Slough Branch

DISTRIBUTORS OF SPECIALIST building products, SIG UK, is continuing to invest in its branch and staff structure with the opening of a new SIG Roofing site in Slough, Berkshire.

The 10,288sq ft newly refurbished premises are located on the Slough Trading Estate. It is close to J6 of the M4 and will stock a range of everyday and specialist roofing products.

Due to open on February 1, 2021, the project marks the continuation of a company-wide drive to improve local services. It is investing in facilities and increasing the number of specialist staff available to local traders. Seven employees will be based at the branch when it opens. They are a well-established team with more than 60 years’ experience between them in the roofing supply sector.

New Slough Branch

The site, part of a national network of SIG Roofing branches, also includes two 18ft delivery lorries. They will increase support for customer projects by ensuring convenient delivery to site.

The new branch boasts an efficient layout and modern environment, all part of an ongoing drive by SIG to improve customer service. Its large trade counter operates under the latest government Covid-19 health and safety guidelines.
