Officially opened on 13 October 2025, the branch offers its customers a convenient location just off the A406, a fully stocked warehouse, and an experienced support team. New Southgate Branch Opening John Loeber is the appointed manager of the new branch, and will be supported by a team of four – Zee Mirza, Harry Given, Dean Robinson and Andy Jocelyn – in total offering over 30 years of customer support experience with SIG Roofing. “I’m super excited to be leading the team here at the New Southgate branch. We were all based at the Tottenham SIG Roofing branch, so we are well versed in working together to support our customers,” Branch Manager John Loeber commented. “At New Southgate, we offer roofers a true one-stop shop, providing everything they need under one roof. Inside our fully stocked warehouse, customers can find it all: from natural and fibre cement slates to clay and concrete tiles, felt underlay, capsheet, batten, timber, insulation, and liquid roofing products. Being part of a large roofing merchant has the added benefit that if we don’t have it in stock, we can quickly obtain it from another branch. “We now have extensive customer parking, a spacious and well-organised shop, an 18-tonne lorry offering next-day delivery, and service that’s second to none. We’re proud to provide an overall service that sets us apart from competitors, and offer a shopping experience that’s fresh, modern, efficient, and above all, reliable.” The location of the New Southgate branch is only 4 miles from the old Tottenham branch, and it’s just off the A406, a key route into London. This new SIG Roofing branch will be open weekdays, bright and early at 6.30am to 4pm (with a 3.30pm close on Fridays). >> Read more about SIG Roofing in the news Previous article How to Prepare Your Roofing Operation for the Colder MonthsNext article Tool Theft Hotspots Revealed as Law Gains Momentum Share article You may also like View all News Industry News +2 20 March 2026 RA Issues Revised Safety Guidance on Rooflight Covers Awards and Events +3 20 March 2026 The Great British Slate Off Returns for 2026 Green Roofs +3 20 March 2026 Swansea Joins Global Network of Biophilic Cities Featured Solutions +3 19 March 2026 Flush Fitting Rooflights by Clement Sign Up to Roofing Today Stay up to date with all of the latest news from Roofing Today by signing up to our weekly Bulletins… Sign Up Today Get in Touch Check out the latest issue 123 March-April 2026 View Now Past Issues Get in Touch
