Scottish Family Roofing Firm Ceases Trading

A SCOTTISH family roofing firm established in 1965 has ceased trading, with all of its 20 employees losing their jobs.

The four family member directors of Dunfermline-based Braisby Roofing Ltd are applying to the court to appoint insolvency specialist Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie to act as the liquidator.

The 57-year-old firm, which offered a range of both pitched and flat roofing and posted £1.5 million turnover in 2021, closed last week.
