Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions Appoints New Directors

SAINT-GOBAIN Off-Site Solutions has appointed Andy Burnham into the role of operations director and promoted Jonathan Digby into the role of continuous improvement director.

Andy brings over 30 years’ experience to the role, from beginning his journey with Saint-Gobain PAM, before progressing to operations director for Saint-Gobain Insulation UK and most recently, serving as regional manufacturing director for Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, leading a team of plant managers across multiple Gypsum and Insulation sites.

Jonathan has worked for the business since 2018, initially as continuous improvement manager and from 2020 as head of engineering, having previously worked as head of engineering and projects at a timber manufacturing company.

The new role will see Jonathan working with the wide continuous improvement team to achieve safety and efficiency gains through the implementation of new equipment technologies and process improvements.

I am committed to encouraging growth while maximising productivity, and look forward to bringing my experience to the Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions team.”

Jonathan Digby added: “I am really excited to start in the new role and working with the wider continuous improvement team to ensure our processes match our customers’ demands for product safety, durability and innovation.

“With the Government’s pledge to build 1.5 million new homes over the next five years, our business has a great opportunity to work with the construction industry to achieve these ambitious targets – continually improving our processes and our product offer to help deliver buildings that are fit for the future.”
