Ruukki Starts Collaboration with M4C Ltd to Grow Business in the UK

RUUKKI CONSTRUCTION and Sales and Business consultancy M4C Ltd based in Northumberland in the North-East of England, have announced their strategic collaboration to develop the UK market for Ruukki’s range of high-quality steel based composite products for walls and roofs of both commercial & residential buildings.

M4C was founded in 2018 by Managing Director Matthew Curtis and has been providing strategic consultancy and business support to the Construction, Engineering & Chemical Sectors. Prior to M4C Matthew was Managing Director of Trimo (UK) LTD a similar business to Ruukki that involved the supply of building envelope materials to projects such as Manchester Airport Terminal 2 transformation and Aberdeen Exhibition and conference centre. For more than 20 years Matthew has worked in the sector for organisations such as Saint Gobain, Hilti, Akzo Nobel & Syntha Pulvin so knows the sector well.

Proactive and Reliable

Ruukki Construction is a supplier of steel-based building products and services for roofs and walls for sustainable buildings. The company employ approximately 1,500 people and have 11 specialized manufacturing sites. They have a strong presence in 10 European countries which enables them to serve customers locally with main brands Ruukki and Plannja. The comparable net sales in 2021 were around EUR 590 million. The company are of Nordic origin, part of SSAB, sharing values, and long experience in steel and construction industry.
