Roofing Site Manager – Whitby

The Externals Group is partnering with a well-established industrial roofing and cladding contractor based in Lancashire for sites based in Whitby. Our client specialises in projects up to £5,000,000, focusing on sheeting & cladding, asbestos, and other flat roofing and cladding projects.

You will oversee and manage roofing and cladding projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This job is also available for anyone looking in the North West/Yorkshire area happy to travel, accommodation provided.

A Day in the Life

• Manage daily operations of roofing and cladding projects.
• Lead and motivate a team of roofers and cladders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
