Roofing Open Day for Young People in South Yorkshire

ON WEDNESDAY 3 August 2022 at 01:00 pm, Rotherham roofing contractors, Jarvis & Womack is throwing open its doors to people who are interested in a career in roofing at an open day.

The well-established family company with an excellent reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism is inviting young people to find out more about the apprenticeship opportunities they offer.

Training with the company to become a fully qualified, professional roofer will take up to two years and offers entry to a well-paid, specialist trade which is always in demand and provides huge potential for career progression.

The professional roofing sector has transformed itself over the past two decades in the UK, with specialist roofing businesses having an excellent health and safety record and providing a structured career path often leading to senior management and business director-level roles.

Roofing Open Day

At the Open Day, the Jarvis & Womack roofing team will give an introduction to the company, discuss opportunities in roofing, explain about what a roofing apprenticeship involves – and there will be hands on activities and quizzes!

Young people, career switchers and all others interested in a roofing apprenticeship are welcome to attend the Open Day. Parents and guardians are also welcome to attend.
