Read the latest magazine Industry News Jobs Saved as Roofing Company Sold Out of Administration 5 March 2020 A ROOFING COMPANY has been sold out of administration, saving a number of jobs. Allard Construction ceased trading earlier this year, taking on no new work after 17 January, before bringing in administrators. The business was sold in a pre-pack deal at the end of February, saving 11 jobs. Allard Construction was founded in 1957 and specialised in roofing, working on residential, educational and commercial buildings in Hertfordshire and London. Unnamed buyer The purchasing company has not yet been revealed, with the downstream effects on the supply chain also unknown. A lead roofing project at St Marks Church that Allard Construction worked on.
