Roofbase has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Tom Sadler as Commercial Manager North.

He will be supporting a major expansion of the independent roofing merchants’ branch network across the North of England.

With 20 years of merchanting experience at MKM Building Supplies and Burton Roofing Merchants, Tom brings a proven track record in multi-site management, operational improvement and team development.

His experience includes overseeing up to 9 branches and 85+ staff in Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

This strategic hire complements the ongoing leadership of Mark Carey, Commercial Manager South, who continues to deliver excellent service and strong performance across Roofbase’s southern region.
