Rising Star Tipped for the Top at Roofing and Cladding Specialists

RISING STAR, MARTIN GREENHAM, an Estimator with an industrial roofing and cladding specialist firm, is being celebrated by the company for a string of recent successes.

Martin has secured several substantial projects for Industrial Construction (Sussex) Ltd (ICS), including Durrington High School in Worthing and Crystal Palace Football Training Academy in Beckenham. He was also instrumental in securing Trailfinders Rugby Club in Ealing.

Martin started with ICS in 2019 at 24 years old, as a Trainee Estimator/Administrative Assistant. His great interpersonal skills, attitude and work ethic meant he adapted quickly to the role despite having had no prior knowledge of roofing and cladding.

His hard work and dedication during his first year with the company paid off when he completed a Level 2 NVQ in Construction Contracting Operations (Estimating), after which Martin was promoted to Estimator.

Martin would now like to undertake an Associate Institute of Roofing course, preparing him for the next step of his career.
